Aircraft Refueler - Part Time

Payson Aviation at Payson Airport is accepting applications for a reliable & personable, aviation & customer-service-oriented individual for refueling aircraft at our 365-day aviation FBO.

Ideal applicant will have a basic knowledge of aircraft, especially the difference between piston-engine and turbine-powered aircraft.

Duties include:

·A friendly customer-service-oriented attitude.

·Ability to multi-task and stay cool & organized when things get busy.

·Drive a 15,000-lb GVW fuel truck with manual shift & steering.

·Physically-Demanding Labor:  Must be able to climb a 5-ft ladder while

carrying a 30-lb refueling hose.

·Do simple bookkeeping, including Windows PC, credit card machine

and cash register.

·Accurately count cash and make change.

·General housekeeping of office, kitchenette, and public restroom. 

Normally an 8-5 shift, two or three days per week.  Early starts and late stays as necessary.  After-hours on-call duty following each day worked.

FBO is open 7 days including holidays & weekends.

$8 - $9 per hour, depending on experience.

No benefits, background check required. 

Working at the airport and being a part of the action makes this the coolest job in town for an airplane guy or gal who enjoys working with people.
