After-Hours Full-Service Fueling

Payon Aviation is pleased to offer After-Hours Fueling. There are two ways to make arrangements:

1. Call the after-hours number (posted at the FBO door) and the call will be forwarded to personnel on duty.

If you leave a voicemail and do not get a call-back within 5 minutes, please call again.

The FBO personnel on-call will ask for your credit card payment information. See No-Show Policy below.

2. By prior arrangement - Call the FBO office number 928-474-2005 during business hours. Be sure to speak directly to our FBO staff.

Please do not consider the after-hours fueling appointment as having been made simply by leaving a voicemail phone message; direct contact is required. FBO personnel will not come to the airport unless direct phone contact has been made with you by either of the above means.

No-Show Policy:

The cardholder agrees that the Call-Out fee will be charged to the credit card solely for the service rendered of FBO personnel coming to the airport. Cardholder agrees that upon arrival of FBO personnel at the airport at the behest of the cardholder, this service was rendered in-full to the cardholder whether or not the aircraft actually was present or fuel was dispensed.

In addition to the Call-Out Fee charge, late-arriving or no-show aircraft may be charged the hourly Standby Fee for time spent at the airport waiting for the aircraft.
