Payon Aviation is pleased to offer After-Hours Fueling. There are two ways to make arrangements:

1. Call the after-hours pager number (posted at the FBO door) and enter your 10-digit phone number with area code. (Do not include a "1" prefix.)

If the voice-prompt asks you to leave a message, please disregard. Do NOT leave a voicemail message, as we cannot not retrieve them. (This is a bug in the programming that we can't seem to get fixed.) We can respond to numeric pages only.

If you do not get a call-back within 5 minutes, please page again.

The FBO personnel on-call will call you back, and ask for your credit card payment information.

2. By prior arrangement - Call the FBO office number 928-474-2005 during business hours. Be sure to speak directly to our FBO staff. Please do not consider the after-hours fueling appointment made simply by leaving a phone message.

Please Note: FBO personnel will not come to the airport unless direct phone contact has been made with you by either of the above means.

No-Show Policy:

The Call-out fee will be charged to the credit card if FBO personnel come to the airport whether or not the aircraft actually is present or fuel is dispensed.

In addition to the Call-out Fee charge, late-arriving or no-show aircraft may be charged the hourly Standby Fee for time spent at the airport waiting for the aircraft.
